I have water in my ear since yesterday.I cleaned the ear with alcohol,salt water,blow dried it.Now theres only little pain,no water.What med can i use

No need to apply any medications unless symptoms ensue, in which case you will need to have your ear examined by a physician. And for next time, please refrain from blow drying your ears, this is harmful and won't help the water evaporate.
