My blood pressure drops everytime I exercise even though I try to exercise regularly and have a healthy meal beforehand. What should I do?

as we know after meal the big part of circulation go to the gastrointestinal tract for this reason we feel a sleepness,tiredness and maybe a hypotension.to avoid these feelings we have to wait two hours before any work.
