My wife is in her 4th month of pregnancy and after a urine analysis, we observed proteinurea in her urine. Her B.P. is 11/7 (normal), is it risky to have proteins in her urine?

You have to keep on checking the blood pressure, proteinuria urine sedimrnt blood urea and creatinine. Book an appointment with a gynecologist.
