18 years
So , i'm 18 y/o and 172 cm. Any ways to get 8 cm taller ? Thx.

By this age, the bone growth has already slowed down and probably reached its full potential; you may still gain a couple of centimeters, but 8 cm is a bit of an overambitious target. The only way to have a significant gain in height is through surgery.
